Stanza 1: "Que" should be translated as "that". You omitted it. The use of "Que" in the Spanish throughout
all the lyrics of this song indicates a "hope" or "wish". Many wishes or hopes are expressed in this song as requests to God. The use of the subjunctive tense by Juanes sometimes re-inforces this idea of wishful thinking.
Stanza 2: The last three lines, when translated, should give the idea that the soul should not rest when it concerns loving someone. Your translation suggests that loving someone has something to do with the sky. "Cielo" is an endearment, an expression like "my pet", or "my darling" in the English language.
Stanza 4: "se levante" This is open to two translations: (1) to wake up (2) to lift up. In my translation, I chose "lift up" because this song is not about waking up the people and asking them to change. It is about asking God to "lift up" the people, which, in my opinion, has the idea of healing and/or giving more attention to their needs.
Stanza 5: "I ask from God", I think, is not as good as "I ask of God". (Just my opinion.)
Stanza 6: English rarely uses the subjunctive tense. In lines 1 and 2, you use "be". It should be "be it". For example, "That if I die, be it from love." You will see "be it" used in a lot of English poetry, where the subjunctive tense is used more than elsewhere in English.
