Call a spade a spade (*) [ Al Pan, Pan y Al Vino, Vino ]

Call a spade a spade (*)

You're in the midst of a swarm of bees
biting your skin by injecting jealousy
Your heart rate has accelerated
one plus one makes three for you
Heart that isn't dressage
And doesn't listen honey lies
You say that yours may be shared
get out, and keep walking
Call a spade a spade (*)
it comes with you, returns with you
shoots, call a spade a spade
it comes with you, returns with you
How little during the golden dreams
How little my feet flew
I don't wanna love you in a house of cards
Take away one card and all gone
Don't call silver to catchpenny
Don't call diamond to piece of crystal
Disfruta ahora de tu fantasía
Dressed in sheep, the wolf have hunted you
Call a spade a spade
it comes with you, returns with you
shoots, call a spade a spade
spade, spade, spade. oh oh oh
spade, spade, spade. oh oh oh
call a spade a spade
don't get the rose
it has thorns
call a spade a spade
That what has given you,
then he'll remove it
Marked by your treachery
unwind me
Call a spade a spade
Call a spade a spade
Call a spade a spade
shoots, call a spade a spade
it comes with you, returns with you
shoots, call a spade a spade
it comes with you, returns with you

(*) In Spahish we use to say: "Al pan, pan y al vino vino" but in English is : Call a spade a spade.
However, this is not a literal translation. A literal translation would be: At bread, bread, and at wine, wine... but is not the same in English. So, the correct expression in English is: "Call a spade a spade"

The Spanish lyrics of this song, I must say, is so stupid, is just gimmicky nonsense words that rhyme. So I think in English must be worse... sorry. Smile
