Can someone please help translate this japanese sticker?
Hi there,
This sticker was on the inside of my cars door.
I know it has a date and some km figures but I'd love to know it's for ie: cambelt or oil or something.
sorry it's a little bit fuzzy.
I'd love to know what it says, any help would be greatly appreciated.

16年12月29日 = December 29, 2004
走行距離 = Kilometers driven
オイル = oil; エコノミー = economy
クリーニング = cleaning
エレメント = element
次回 = Next time
おすすめ□ = something is recommended.
走行距離 = Kilometers driven
次の日 = the date of the next time
コスモ石油 = Cosmo Oil Company
