Where does your body end
and where does mine begins?
Sometimes I can't tell.
I feel your warmth
I feel your cold
I feel empty
if I am not inside you
How much of this is love?
How much is desire?
Can they be separated?
From the heart
to my fingers, there is nothing in my body
you can't make vibrate
How real is this madness?
Who can assures us that this is normal?
I don't mind tell you that I've gone mad,
and I've hung my armor on your door.
Where does your body end
and where does heaven begins?
There is no room for a ray of light
What was it that united us in the same flight?
same desires? same struggles?**
Who is right?
Who is wrong?
Who didn't doubt their hearts?
I just want you to know
I'm not just visiting
and this song is written for you

***La misma cruz literarily means when people have in common the same struggles. It's a biblical reference, when Jesus Christ was crucified, he carried the cross, so Jorge Drexler is using that metaphor.
I just love this man... and his beautiful lyrics, this one is proof of how brilliant he is.
