Dear Life

Dear Life,
sometimes you're
like a pile of shit in a cereal box
like having to sing on your own funeral
like reading an encyclopedia in a foreign language
like scuba diving in a pool of blood
like building a house of cards while sitting in a rollercoaster for 100 hous
and driving it to Oslo upside down with a truck
like ice skating with vats out of butter
like eating goulash with seven pounds of sugar
like a lie that proves itself
like a truth that rips herself off
like a most mathematical formula
that mates with an emotional outburst halfway
They marry and completely enigmatic
they give birth to a child that spits fire and poops cookies
They call it universe,
say "Come on, child, go and play"
Universe says "Playing? Only works with many
I build myself creatures that recreate themselves
and let them then walk on creatures called planet"
The parents says "Course kid, do what you like"
Quadrillion years later the fat's in the fire
Quadrillion years later
Quadrillion years later
Quadrillion years later the fat's in the fire

Hey, I wanted to translate that ;)
Well done, a good translation.
Only a few remarks:

"hous" -> "hours"

"like a truth that rips herself off" - "itself", not "herself". And I'd rather choose "screws/fucks itself over" to stay with the same level of vulgarity and to also stay a tad closer to the meaning. "bescheißen" not necessarily needs to mean that you gain anything material from it whereas "to rip off" implies that you gain money. At least that's my impression.

"like a most mathematical formula"
More literally it'd be "like a formula of the most mathematical kind"

"enigmatic" -> "enigmaticly"
Maybe rather "and in a completely mysterious way"

"Only works with many" - more literally "among many"

"planet" -> "planets"

"Course" - Can that really be shortened to that?
If not I suggest "Sure"

And you should also mention the pun in the title (written in one word it'd mean "love life").

And maybe also a footnote explaining the exact meaning of "basteln".
