Michel Teló - Se quer a verdade (Angol translation)

Angol translation

If you want the truth

I remember of everything
I know why I lost you
I am leaving to search for you
to search for you...

Destiny or doom?
But one time, I am here
You ask, how are you?
If you wanna know, I will tell you

CHORUS
If you want the truth, I am still suffering
With this wound that you left
I am half, sick heart
and time doesn't make this pain become better

I try to decieve me, but I know myself very well
It's not working to pretend that everything is well
But I will continue, I will swallow this pain
Until the end

Hi,

Good translation, just a few suggestions:

> I just leave to search for you

I am leaving to search for you - it is more accurate.

> But one time, I am here

One more time/again I am here - actually there is a typo in the original lyrics. 'Mas' means 'but', however the meaning, for that sentence, would be 'mais' = 'more'.

> how is it?

How are you doing?/How are you?

> I am afraid

Missing the other half of orange (that idea that there is a half of your orange, in this case the singer says he lost his half of orange)

> I will masticate this pain

I will swallow this pain

> 'até tudo acabar' has not been translated

Until the end

Τhanks!!
I just didn't understand how do you think would be the best translation for the phrase:
Tô pela metade???

Regular smile

You're welcome Regular smile

'Tô pela metade' would be translated as: 'my other half of orange is missing', according to my previous explanation. Regular smile
