I will keep on (fulfilling thy call)
Vou continuar (o Teu chamado)
Eu tenho tido provas evidentes do Teu amor por mim
E as provas já me são suficientes pra ir até o fim
Não posso desistir agora, não posso e nem vou parar
Ajuda-me sustenta-me Contigo eu sei que vou continuar
Cumprindo o Teu chamado
Eu sei que os Teus planos não podem ser frustrados
Me leva, me leva, me leva oh Deus
Me leva a ser como Tu és
Permanecendo aos Teus pés
Me leva, me leva
A todas as nações eu não me calarei Senhor
diantes das pressões
Vou continuar, cumprindo o Teu chamado
Vou continuar Fiel a Ti até o fim!
I will keep on (fulfilling thy call)
I have had evident proofs of thy love for me,
and those proofs are already enough for me to go all the way.
I cannot give up now, I can't and I won't
Help me, support me, with thy help I know I'll keep on
fulfilling thy call.
I do know that thy plans cannot be foiled.
Lead me, lead me, lead me O God
Lead me and teach me to be like Thou art
Remaining at thy feet
Lead me, lead me
to all the nations, I will not crumble under
the pressure.
I will keep on fulfilling thy call
I will keep on being faithful to thee, unto the end of time.
Let me try to explain and according to the context, you might have some other suggestion. Well, the person asks God to lead him to all the nations (countries, places on the globe), and as soon as he arrives there he will not be silent before all those people speaking ill of God (...), which means the "pressure" mentioned in the song, he does not care about that, and will preach the word with or without that 'pressure'.
So... that's why I thought "shut me up" (which, according to you, it would be 'shut myself up') would be a good expression for that. What you think? Any ideas or keeps the same?
Thank you very much for your precious help!
Ohh I see now
so it has the idea of not giving up.
I'm reminded of the expression 'to crumble under pressure' which has the idea of giving up, surrendering: 'I will not crumble under the pressure...'
Or if you want a more literal translation you could use 'I will not be silent/ quiet/ be silenced before the pressure'
I think 'shut myself/me up' doesn't quite fit with the tone of the rest of the song if you know what I mean, it's a bit colloquial...

Fixed.
