Din cer senin

(X2)
Din cer senin un cor divin
Se-aude lin cântând
(X2)
Păstori cu har pe culmi apar
Albi miei în dar ducând.

(x2)
O stea din zări veghind cărări
Spre depărtări arzând
(X2)
Conduce magi cu daruri dragi
În albi desagi ducând.

(X2)
Şi-un prunc plăpând cu chipul sfânt,
Stă surâzând tăcând.
(X2)
Iar mama sa Îl legăna
Şi toţi se bucurau.

(X2)
Şi cerul sfânt şi acest pământ,
S-au luminat prin Prunc.
(X2)
Şi s-au sfinţit şi s-au slăvit
Acei ce L-au primit.

(X2)
Iar noi văzând ne închinăm,
Şi chipu-I sărutăm.
(X2)
Cu dor voind ai Lui să fim,
Şi-n veci să Îl slăvim.

(X2)
Din cer senin un cor divin
Se-aude lin cântând.

From the Clear Blue Sky

(x2)
From the clear blue sky, a divine choir
Can be heard sweetly singing.
(x2)
Gifted shepherds appear on the hill
Bringing white lambs as gifts.

(x2)
A star on the horizon watching over the paths,
Shining in the distance
(x2)
Leads the magi with their precious gifts
Carried in white bags.

(x2)
And a frail infant with a holy face
Sits quietly smiling.
(x2)
And His Mother was cradling Him
And everbody was joyous.

(x2)
And the holy sky and this earth
Were illuminated by the Infant.
(x2)
And they became holy and they received God’s grace
Those who let Him in.

(x2)
And us, having seen this, we pray
And we kiss His face.
(x2)
Yearning to devote our lives to Him
And to praise Him forever.

(x2)
From the clear blue sky, a divine choir
Can be heard sweetly singing.

You don't have to capitalise the pronouns which refer to Jesus in English ;d.

Oh, but I do, I don't want to burn in hell for not having capitalised them :P

I bet Orthodox Christians who are native speakers of English capitalize those pronouns too :P even if capitalizing is not a safe ticket to Heaven.

One in English does not take this for a sin xD. But after all, it's up to you. I don't think capitalising is wrong :-?.

Well, some time ago I was told that capitalising in unnecessary in English, that's why I pointed out that idea. My mistake, in any case :">.

If you need to capitalise words referring to God, and God is one in three (the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost), everything is capitalised... isn't it?

Unless words for God aren't capitalised in English, and I'm just porting rules from Spanish orthography.

Orthography is so weird xD

Yes, in Romanian we also have this rule of capitalising words referring to God, including pronouns or other Biblical references, but it seems in English it is not mandatory to capitalise them, only if you want to or if you believe in God.
