He is son of Ülgen.Sitting 9. Floor of sky.Also Kızagan meaning ‘Powerful God’ For Roux, Mars in the 9. Floor, too.For Banzarov, Kızagan is a god of war.He blessing and help to arm.Red color represent to Kızagan God.
