@Alma Barroca, since you're a moderator, I don't feel like I'm in a position to edit a song you've submitted or translated. So I'd like to hear your opinion on this first.
In the chorus, the line "A little lonely stain" sounds out of place to me. Other sources of the lyrics say that this line could be "Hey, little lover stay", which would make more sense considering the next line is "Or all my colors fade away".
So wouldn't it make more sense that the lyrics would be: "When you leave my colors fade to gray
Hey, little lover stay
Or all my colors fade away"
Instead of: "When you leave my colors fade to gray
A little lonely stain
Or all my colors fade away"
I just want to translate this song, that's why I ask.
Hi, Thomas! First of all, let me say that I personally dislike the rule that Editors shouldn't edit content after it was changed by a Mod. Why shouldn't them? Would they edit unprofessionally and wreak havoc? Who knows...
Anyway, I have just listened to the song and you're right. He does say 'Hey, little lover stay'. It's a very subtle perception, I must say. I'll edit the song now. Thanks for letting me know.
Well "Dragostea din tei" is there just because this is the English version of the song, so I put the original title after the adapted title, as we do in soundtracks
The source lyrics seems quite ok to me , only one lil' mistak3e in the audio added here there s a lil mistake in the paragraph no 9 it is sang as " some paints" and not paint like is written now //
Side note this isn't a cover in english of the original song of Ozone called Dragostea din Tei .. the lyrics are completely different what's being used here from that song is only the melhodic line (instrumental part ( so in conclusion the "Dragostea din Tei " from this song title should be removed idk .. but either way just wanted to let peoople know ..)
