"Rumpty homie" could mean plump buddy, but I don't believe that's actually what she's singing. I'm guessing that the lyrics were written by a Romanian who knows English, because of a few little mistakes or strange ways of saying things. The singer is Romanian and is not pronouncing English perfectly. After listening to the song several times, here is my best guess as to what the lyrics are:
