Vertaling
Lieb,* wo bist Du jetzt
Lieb,* wo bist du jetzt
wo ich Dich so sehr brauche,
Liebling, wo bist Du heut' Nacht?
Bist Du allein und traurig**
Allein und einsam auch
Oder sehnst Du dich nach meinen Armen
um Dich fest zu halten.
Lieb,* wo ist der Kuss
Der mein Herz beruhigte
Wo ist jenes leise geflüsterte Gelöbnis
Schwach ist das Licht, mein Lieb
Mein Herz, es glüht, mein Lieb
Ich brauch' Dich so, mein Lieb
Wo bist Du jetzt?

*Liebste/r

GREAT! But I have retained the fifth line to tally with the original...

After both "Lieb" and "Liebling" a comma is missing.
"Lieb" ain't wrong but is a bit old-fashioned. Your whole translation sounds quite old-fashioned.
"nun, da ich dich so sehr brauche,"
or, not that old-fashioned but quite colloquial:
"jetzt, wo ich dich so sehr brauche"
"Alleine und einsam auch" ain't wrong but again quite old-fashioned.
Better change the order of words:
"Alleine und auch einsam"
The line after that is correct.
"tüchtig" is an antiquated word meaning "proficient" or "eager".
"tight" can be translated with "fest".
"hold" rather means "halten". "umfassen" is okay, too, but it has a slightly different meaning and in combination with "fest" it sounds strange (especially due to the alliteration).
"Wo ist das? leise geflüsterte Gelöbnis"
"das" might really be not strong enough here. I suggest "jenes".
"Mein Herzlein" - well, actually it's just "mein Herz"; I guess you wanted to lengthen the line by this? You could also say: "mein Herz, es glüht".
Btw, sometimes you capitalize "du", and sometimes you don't. It's not wrong to capitalize it in a text like this but if you do you need to capitalize all "du"s.
