The katakana version of the English word "Thank you" is "San Kyuu" which is used as a pun here by rearranging the words in the name "Ikkyuu san"
'Kitto katto', the way you say Kit-Kat in Japanese, here puns on "hatto gutto shite" 'being stunned and surprised' because they sound similar. Kit-Kats are also associated with victory and good results in Japan--they're popular there because the name sounds like "kitto katsu", 'to definitely win'.
Ikkyu-san's name is written with the characters for 'one' and 'rest'. These characters can also be read "hitoyasumi", which is a way of saying 'a little break'. So "have a ikkyu" is a punny way to say 'have a rest'.
This references a famous depiction of Ikkyu in a children's anime based on his life (and other depictions) where he is told he cannot cross a bridge, but he interprets bridge (橋hashi) as the sides (端also hashi) and "defeats" their logic by walking right down the middle of the bridge.
The name of a police station close to the Rainbow Bridge.
The Rainbow Bridge is a big bridge across part of Tokyo Bay in the Odaiba area of Tokyo.
There's the previously mentioned 'hitoyasumi'!
This references another episode in the Ikkyu-san anime (and possibly other stories) where a daimyo tries to stump Ikkyu by telling him to hunt a tiger but reveals to him that the tiger is inside of a byobu screen. Ikkyu stumps him back by telling them that he's ready to catch the tiger once they let it out of the screen.
