"Kolmioonne nyt..." .. to Your 3-bedroom apartment
"tuovat suolaa ja leipää" .. bringing salt and bread
An ancient habit in Finland (at least) is to bring salt and bread as gift to any new home, in this case it seems that the love of the singer has ended up with someone else...
In pre-modern times salt and bread were highly appreaciated gifts in new homes, where obviously there was lack of everything. This beautiful habit was later replaced by giving somewhat equal souvernir-like items in 60's, 70's, when people were not that poor anymore, and bringing real salt and bread could have been interpreted as an insult.
Anyway... A very fine and distinguished way by the original Finnish author to use words and images of real Finnish language!

Che Guevara
The hall floor
was sticky and full
of dance and strange boundaries
From your daddy's cabinet
you had stolen a bottle
of mint (liquor) and coins.
And when we kissed I believed
in victory or in death.
Tell your man to wear
Che Guevara
when you two fall down in bed.
For a moment would it bring the danger
that twisted our stomach back then
when we painted our eyes in black,
rebelled at the smoking area,
and raged against the machine?
To our three-person holding cell they are now
delivering salt and bread.
I wait in the corner
for insobriety.
Your man brings you
a glass of wine and water.
It is so sappy that
it revolts me.
And when you two kiss
I want to be somewhere else
or someone else.

Sobre o tradutor
My version is a bit allegorical interpretation when it comes to the 2nd verse. "Kolmio" means a three-room-apartment but including the salt and bread it could be about a holding cell. It would go well with the song context as well: an arrested man reminiscing his past with a girl who is now with another man and their life is going well.
