"I'm coming down" kann im Jargon der Drogenbenutzer bedeuten, dass der Rausch langsam nachlässt, und ich fühle mich langsam wieder nüchtern, bzw. sehr schlecht. Gibt es auf Deutsch eine ähnliche Slang-Phrase?

Good question. I've unpublished the other two entries for now.

Nun, ist zwar eigentlich nur auf Alkohol bezogen, aber: Kater? Hangover?

It must have been the dreaded lag thing. You post something but it doesn't show up for a minute or two. I thought I was changing my post, not making multiple posts. Sorry!

'Coming down' is different from 'hangover' and it's used by people who use illegal drugs.

Since coming down has a literal meaning: from a 'high' state one's 'coming down' to a shitty state, how about unten (zu) kommen?
By the way I don't know of any legal drug unless you're referring to the opium of the people

"unten (zu) kommen" would be "to come while being (spatial) down".
It must be "nach unten (zu) kommen" but even that would be rather "to go downstairs".
A literal translation of "to come down" in that context is "runterkommen" (although that can also mean to go downstairs)

Legal drugs? Alcohol and nicotin are drugs.
And some medicaments can also be called drugs and aren't illegal.

That's because unlike myself you don't live in Washington State where marijuana is now legal, and you don't think of tobacco and alcohol as drugs, because they're legal :) . "Unten kommen" might be a plausible translation, but I was hoping someone on this site saved their life by substituting song translation for drug use, and therefore could actually tell me a slang word used in the drug subculture. Thanks for your suggestion, though :) .

Edit to my former post: "runterkommen" actually is frequently being used for coming down from a feeling - but normally not from being high but from being upset.

@fulicasenia You're welcome
@Sciera Come down can also mean coming down the stairs hence the literal meaning of a drug related comedown, you come down with the flu, prices come down, rain comes down, etc so it's a kind of very flexible term denoting a downward movement
