Can anything be done about this request? (Mod help needed)

Somebody, around three months ago, posted this request, it has no lyrics and the song cannot be edited (when I try to enter the lyrics, it says "access denied". Besides, in the list of requests, it's presented twice. Here's the search link.

I'd like a mod to take a look at this issue and see if it can be solved. Thanks in advance.
