Thanks Details:
Most places online that I have looked, I seem to find the same lyrics as posted here http://lyricstranslate.com/en/titrwm-tatrwm-pitter-patter.html - however they seem like they might be slightly wrong. Furthermore, there were a few mistakes in translating them.
I have used this version by Meredydd Evans http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWtupri91AY and have used the linear notes of his Welsh Folk Songs album to correct the above lyrics http://media.smithsonianfolkways.org/liner_notes/folkways/FW06835.pdf (not those written on the youtube comments board). I was quite happy to have gotten it quite close without these notes, however, in translating, a few small things were still a little unclear to me.
* "Weithiau rwy'n gwasgu fy hun mewn cell" - "hun" can mean "self" or "sleep".

So I wanted to offer a better translation of this song than I recently found at http://lyricstranslate.com/en/titrwm-tatrwm-pitter-patter.html . The page also quotes the wrong author. The author is Dafydd Ddu Eryri.
There is a great version by Meredydd Evans here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dWtupri91AY and the words are based on what he sings in this version (note: the words printed on the youtube comments are not quite right)
