¹more wordly: "who(ever)".

²Very hard to translate these two lines...
"Bei wem jetzt nichts geht," (wordly "at whom nothing goes now") is taken from the expression "da geht was (ab)" (wordly "something goes (off) there") which means "there is a party". So "jemand bei dem etwas geht" is "someone at whose place is a party". And so this line would be "he at whose place is no party". Dunno how to express that in English more wordly.
"bei dem geht was verkehrt." means (very roughly) "there goes something wrong with him".
So both lines together would be something like
"Something doesn't work the way it should for that one at whose place isn't a party".
The translation above is a very free version of that.

³Word by word "Number has fallen". That line is a reference to a flipped coin. The side "tails" is called "Zahl" ("number") in German. And it is a reference to "Die Würfel sind gefallen" ("The dices are fallen", ~"The dices have been cast").

⁴These two lines could also be translated as
"You feel, you dream
You feel, you believe, you fly."
or
"You're feeling, you're dreaming
You're feeling, you're believing, you're flying"

⁵word by word "Bis zum Leben" means "until the life". But I think that sounds strange in English and might be understood wrong. In the last paragraph I only translated it as "until life" because this paragraph consists mostly of uncomplete sentences.
