Party (I Wanna Live It Up)

Party
I wanna live it up
I want (a) party party party
Until everyone1 goes crazy

Party
I wanna live it up
I want (a) party party party
Until everyone goes crazy

Your friends are going to a Atzen party with you
Everyone's living it up like they do in a psychiatric clinic2
Here you'll go crazy, you have no idea what it's like
You arethere, you're living it up like never before
Pogoing, everyone's having a riot, people are flying through the air
In a great arc through time and space
I've brought confetti with me
Take to your heels3
Tell me, where's your brains?
They call me the party god
And I'm gone wild

Party
I wanna live it up
I want (a) party party party
Until everyone goes crazy

Ballermann4, looks like it
Atzen rap my flow
No boredom
We aren't on the ropes5
We are always partying
And all without any brawls

I wanna live it up
I want (a) party party party
Until everyone goes crazy

Hi Sciera!

This is the first time I'm using the new proofread feature, and I like it!!

So...here you are:

3rd block, 1st and 2nd lines:
Your friends are going to an Atzen party with you
Everyone’s living it up like [they do] in a psychiatric clinic (you can also say “looney bin” or “nut house” for “psychiatric clinic”).

3rd line: …you have no idea [how] (or) [what it’s like].

4th line: you’re there (dude), you’re living it up like never before *

5th line: Pogoing, everyone’s having a [riot/blast], and are flying through the air in [the/a] great arc through time and space. **

8th line: take [to] your heels ***

9th line: tell me, where did you leave your brain? ****

10th line: they call me the party god

11th line: And I’m going [wild/crazy]

5th block, line 1:.I can’t make a lot of sense out of the German text there, so with the words that are there:
“Looks like Ballermann
Atzen rap my flow”

6th line: ..without any brawl[s].

* “you’re there” is slang, it means you’re there, you’re participating; basically, “dabei sein.”
** “having a riot” or “having a blast” means having a really really good time, “People” is understood through the text, it’s not necessarily needed. I did a lot of searching for “im hohen Bogen fliegen.” After reading some German examples of its use, I honestly don’t think there’s an English equivalent to it. I think it could be omitted, but footnoted and explained in the notes, or use the “great arc” if you like.
*** “take to your heels” = “get up and move.”
****“sanity” is correct, but “where did you leave your brain” is another way of saying it.

Hi!
Welcome back ^^
Btw, did you read my message?

Thanks for the suggestions. That's a lot... sometimes one really needs the helping hand of a native speaker Smile
