Would like the help ...

Im new to this site My name I go by is Zanjabeel its abraic for my real name anyway I was looking for help translating songs from Arabic to English.. This sweet sweet man keeps sending me songs in Arabic and I really want to know what they are singing and I cant always find them in english I know they are love songs of some sort. I am having trouble with THIS SITE I dont understand HOW it works to LOOK a song up.. COULD someone show me around a little .....
