- 1. Assuming this is the right word (I found these lyrics elsewhere and it said 'vakko' and I don't think that's the right word) - a vato is (in Spanish-speaking regions) used to address or refer to a man. "a young vato is sitting on the curb"
Since he's just talked about Morocco, it kinda fits...

Hello! :) Please, someone explain this idiom ”Soup tank coups in Morocco”. It surely cannot be translated literally. Thank you!
All I can think is that it's meant to be "souped tank coups" as in "souped-up."
A vehicle that's souped-up has been modified to make it perform better.
Please, make correction into the featuring artist to this song. It should be Spitakci Hayko (https://fr.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spitakci_Hayko), not just Hayko (https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hayko). They are different singers performing in different music genres.
Also there are minor spelling errors in the Armenian part of the lyrics. It should be:

Super, ah, you hear me
Mr. Super Sako
Soup tank coups in Morocco
Why we keep it gangsta I move like a vato*
I am the king you're the queen in my castle
Give you everything if I had to
Yeah, I know you love me like French toast
Pacific Coast moving in the drop ghost
You put your make-up on I gotta drive slow
I notice life I'm living left you heart broke
Also, mind over matter
I paid 'em no money
You all that matter
I messed up our hatchet
Let's meet on a Saturday
Forget what they had to say
Ah, gave you my heart like a open door now
And all you left me with is your Chanel aroma
It's hell without you, I wish I cloned you
I'm contemplating whether if I should phone ya
Kez xndrum em mi gna
Mi gna gna gna
Mna im grkum mna
Im grkum mna mna
Srtis sere ktam kez
Menak koghkis du lines
Srtis sere ktam kez
Menak koghkis du lines
Yeah
Then I was poor and now we touring Barcelona
Fly to Vegas got a meeting with the owner
We could get the penthouse if you want to
I know the bullshit we've been through make us stronger
If I get down on one knee would you come back to me
Baby we should talk about starting a family
Actually, we can talk about the ring size
MGA, managee fight sitting ringside
Keep her all laid down she don't mess with Levis
That's how we do when you messin' with these guys
Uh, I mean me and myself and I
I mean me and my girl my stay fly, uh
First class Versace on her eyelid
Private jet, fly to Cuban islands
And when I mess up I buy her diamonds, so...
Kez xndrum em mi gna
Mi gna gna gna
Mna im grkum mna
Im grkum mna mna
Srtis sere ktam kez
Menak koghkis du lines
Srtis sere ktam kez
Menak koghkis du lines
