(1) the word used actually means "heifers" (!). These girls do not seem to have much appeal, I'd say .
(2) an allusion to a song by Viktor Tsoï also called "перемен", that says "As long as I have a packet of cigarettes in my pocket...". Consistently with the rest of the song, it evokes the lack of desire for people whose every needs have been fulfilled.
