Silly girl

Well none of the two previous attempts really pleased me, mainly because, being but a poor 'иностранец'(6), I still could not figure out half the meaning of the bloody song after reading either of the translations .

So here is my "foreigner special" attempt. It is heavily adapted (hopefuly) for clarity's sake.

(3) apparently a big Russian rap hit featuring Britney Spears
(4) litt. "close back America". "закрыть обратно" is usually used for "closing back" (a door). "открыть" can mean "open" but also "discover". So the pun is on "открыть/закрыть Америку" (discovering/undiscovering America).
(5) Litt. "The sea moves once... the sea moves twice"
an allusion to a Russian child game. The active player recites "The sea moves once, the sea moves twice, the sea moves thrice, everybody stops dead" while other kids mill around. At the end of the sing-song, all kids freeze in a posture depicting some recognizable object or animal, and the active player has to pick one of the kids and guess what the posture represents.
