I had thought that "Oingo Boingo" was a character in the Japanese manga series "JoJo's Bizarre Adventure" (by Hirohiko Araki). Now I found original "Oingo Boingo". Their music are cool.
As far as I know, Oingo Boingo does not mean anything, it's just a funny sound. Maybe Araki was a big fan of Danny Elfman?
