Oh, LEkic seems to be nonromanian surname, but ore serbian. nice song with fluiera.

Well, the artist is what they call "serbian vlach". He's an romanian ethnic form the serbian Timok. The romanian ultra-nationalists claim that the entire Timok region should belong to Romania, since there are a lot of romanians in there. Well be as it may be, those things doesnt matter, as long as they can maintain their culture and their national identity, everything is fine. This is a free world and people can have double or multiple identity. People can be romanian, serbian and european, all 3 at once, if they desire so.

Ok, now it is clear. You both Romanians and Serbs are great nations. I would find difficult to choose which one of them to be If I was from that region. I listened other songs of this artist and they sound nice. thanks for translations
