No offense, but are you sure this translation should really be added? Who ever wrote it, s/he didn't know German too well.
I'd probably give it 3 stars - and I think translations copied from other websites should only be added if they fulfill a higher standard than that.

It is not so bad that it necessarily needs to be removed, but it is on the border. I makes sense for the most part, but it has many grammar mistakes.
I mean, our website rules say for a reason that one has to check the quality of an external translation before adding it.
So I mean this rather as a heads up since I see you adding lots of external work.
I indeed add lots of external work, but I check basic structures and pay attention to the translations I post, I of course don't know every language and so the translations may be wrong or could be improved, but I have no problem with it, I do it in order for people to find a translation in their own language, if not speaking Greek at all. :)
But I absolutely can delete any translation I've been posting if a speaker tells me it's wrong.
I don't add translations just to make my number bigger if that's what you meant. :)
That's not what I meant; the many translations in short time just looked a bit careless - but if that's not the case then excuse my suspicion.
Regarding the translation again, I think it can stay since it is a good help for understanding the text.
To give readers of it who don't speak German an impression of what's wrong with it, though, here is a grammatically corrected version of the first paragraph:
"Jedes Mal, wenn du meinen Namen sagst,
wirst du dich an mich erinnern und dann wirst du weinen,
dir wird es weh tun, du wirst mich wollen und wirst wissen, dass du schuld bist,
ich habe dich geliebt, aber jetzt ist nicht mehr gestern."
