Anthems of Russian Oblasts

I started uploading entire collections of State songs, hymns and Anthems for certain Countries.
For Russia I got almost all of them, but a few are still missing. When there is no official anthem I go for
an unofficial one, or an Anthem of a big City within that Krai, Oblast, or autonomous Region.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

probably the category will later be renamed.
I want to have all State Anthem Folders to be named the same
so that when searching for them,
they pop up at the same time in the search interface..
But we can still take care of that later when we have collected more Anthems.
