"Solved requests" is the number of requests (translation/transcription?) you have solved. "Helped members" is the number of users whose requests you have solved.
Special for u,I have tried to exit and to request for translation as unregistered user, they asked me for email. So maybe that’s the point;)But I’m not sure if after I give my email they will not welcome me as a registered user.Do u have same number of helped users and solved requests?
You have solved 14 requests that were issued by 7 members.
Edit: One user can make several requests. If you solve a request made by a user that you already solved a request for, the number of solved request will increase, but the number of helped users will not.
That's because the other 7 requests were opened by the same user. One member is counted only once. Let's suppose that you have translated a request I had opened, it will count me, but not the next you translate a request of mine. One user is counted once.
It's simple the way it is. You have helped 7 DIFFERENT members, that's why it says "helped 7 members". Since the question is answered, I mark this topic as Solved.
No - only registered members can open a request. If one is not registered yet and tries to open a new request, they'll be led to the 'Login/Create an account' form.
Russia is waging a disgraceful war on Ukraine. Ukrayna'nın Yanında Olun!
Requests can be sent by random strangers but helped users are USERS .

It’s the same thing, either way user asks u to do both

So probably you solved a few requests that have been submitted by the same member(s). Some members here post many requests... :)
