The person who submitted the transcription says that the song is a cumbia, as if everyone in the whole world knows what a cumbia is. For those who do not, I will explain with the help of my well-thumbed Larousse. It says that a "cumbia is a type of dance music from the Caribbean coast of Columbia. It is a fusion of African rhythms and percussion, native Indian flutes and melodies, and European-inspired costumes." It goes on to say that the dance is danced by couples and though once looked down upon, it has now become so popular as to be the national dance of Columbia.
