請別忘記 | Qǐng bié wàngjì [Remember me] (Taiwanese)

請別忘記
縱然我必須離開
請別忘記
切莫因此悲哀
即使遠在他鄉
我會將妳放在心上
孤單的夜晚情歌一曲
只為妳而唱

請別忘記
縱然我去向遠方
請別忘記
當悲傷吉他聲響起
這是唯一的方式
能陪伴愛的妳
直到有天妳再出現
請別忘記

Please don't forget

Please don't forget
Even though I have to leave
Please don't forget
Don't be sad because I'm leaving
Even when I'm far away
I'll keep you close at heart
Love song in the lonely night
I'll only sing for you

Please don't forget
Even if I go far away
Please don't forget
When you hear the sad guitar
This is the only way
My love will accompany you
Until the day you come to me
Please don't forget

I have proofread your translation. Here are some suggestions:
Don't be sad for my leaving => Don't be sad because I'm leaving (grammar)
My love keep accompanying with you => My love will accompany you
"When sad guitar sounds" is not quite grammatical; I would recommend something like, "When you hear the sad guitar"
---
只為妳而唱 -- "Only sing to you" - Pronoun should be written: "I'll only sing for you"
即使遠在他鄉/我會將妳放在心上 -- This is kind of difficult to translate into English. I would say "Even when I'm far away/I'll keep you close at heart"

By the way, about the title and translation in lyrics, is it "Don't forget" better? Because the English title is "Remember me" only, they didn't say please.....

The title you have is fine. It should be a translation of the Chinese title, not the original English title.
