An Idol (I Can't Stand It Anymore)

Whole day behind me
And whole night before me
In the heat or in the cold
They force me to the stage
Their celebrations their recitals
I cannot put up with this anymore
And for all these executioners
I wish torture at the stake

They will kill me
I will die
They all exploit me
Until they will defeat me

And then my impresario(1)
He grows rich off my back
No lack of cocaine
This is for a timer(2)
Girls who throw themselves at me
Those who climb the roof
Those who speak et moi et moi(3)
Oh how I bite the chinois (4)

I can’t stand it anymore
They will kill me
Yes they got me
I will die

But the worst is that my lyricist
Not only is he raving mad
But he would blackmail me
With the stories of obsession
I can’t sleep, I can’t eat
I have lost weight, I am bitter
I am (so) sick I don’t pee or poo
I am not old but I can’t stand it anymore

I can’t stand it anymore
They will kill me
Yes they got me
I will die
I beg you to help me
Find a will to live
I implore you to help me
I beat my head against the walls

I can’t take it anymore
I will cry
I am fucked (ruined)
They will kill me
Help! Help! Help!

A couple of suggestions - He's tricky Dutroc though so these are just ideas!

"Non coco faut l'faire" - I think he's speaking in the role of his manager here and saying "No Coco, you have to do it" - Coco just being used as a nickname.

"Mais il voudrait m'faire chanter
Que des histoires d'obsédés"

Although 'faire chanter' can mean blackmail I don't think that's what's being said here. It seems more likely to just mean "But he would like to have me sing only stories of obsession"

Great work on a tricky song anyway! :-)
