If I may, seeing as you've requested proofreading, the only problem I see is in the line "וזה לא עבר זה שרף כל כך בפנים (Veze lo avar ze saraf kol kach bifnim)", where you translated the word "בפנים (bifnim)" to "my face", which is incorrect.
You mixed up the word "בִּפְנִים (bifnim)" which means "inside / within", with "בַּפָּנִים (bapanim)" which means "in the face".
You could fix this by writing something like:
"(This feeling) didn't pass, it burnt my face so much" ---> "(This feeling) didn't pass and it burned me from within"
Or "(This feeling) didn't pass and it burned me from the inside so much", if you wanna be picky.
