А тебе еще мало по-русски

А тебе еще мало по-русски,
И ты хочешь на всех языках
Знать, как круты подъемы и спуски
И почем у нас совесть и страх.

YOU WITH THE POOR RUSSIAN

So, you with the poor Russian,
Want to know how in every language,
One defines steep - going up, coming down,
And why we have a conscious and experience fear.

Why all the caps in the title if the original title wasn't stylized like that?
YOU WITH THE POOR RUSSIAN > You With The Poor Russian

That’s not even close to the original title, nor the caps title makes any sense

Is it "You're not satisfied with the little [knowledge in] Russian you have?"

I honestly only came to point out the rules:

Quote:

Don't use capslock if you haven't got a good reason to do so. Don't capitalize every letter in a song or a translation, the same goes for the title unless the title itself is originally in all caps or is an acronym.

Не используйте капслок без веской на то причины. Не пишите заглавными буквами тексты песен или переводов, это же относится и к названиям песен, за исключением аббревиатур или если название так написано в оригинале.

It is actually kinda sorta an idiom. ‘To tell someone in Russian’ means to tell someone something obvious
It’s like “if you don’t understand your native language, what can you yield?’

So, you with the poor Russian,
— this is not what original lyrics mean, at least ask natives opinion before throwing such a clause

Rolland, don’t despair! There is a difference between the translation and one’s personal interpretation.
Yours moved far enough from the original that it isn’t a translation. Check other versions for input.
Best of luck.

R, D is just flirting with you, but I remember your other translations.

O.K., O.K. - thanks! Got the message! Can't win 'em all! I use caps on all titles - standard English practice. Cheers! RWA

Yes, it's a standard English practice if you don't know the rules to write an English title and teachers usually let you get away with it. Here's some help to write your titles correctly:
