"Rampe contre moi" : he rather means "come closer to me, crawling / crawl closer to me" (not "on me")
"Coule sur la terre / "Faible de ma peau" : Please flow over the feeble earth of my skin (?) The skin is compared to earth, ground.
"Mordons dans le fruit" : Let's bite into the fruit
"À l'heure où tout sombre" : At the time (hour) when everything is sinking
"Et nous pourrons faire / Détachés du temps / Le doux inventaire / De nos sentiments": And we'll be able to make, not caring about time, the sweet inventory of our feelings"
"Pour dans la grandeur / Extraordinaire / De notre bonheur" : here, I think that the word "grandeur" would rather mean "greatness"
