Quando una donna ha lasciato una lettera e è andato , come diciamo ....lei ha lasciato o come diciamo? Grazie. Solo tu eri colui che mi ha capito " e giusto? O diciamo : Solo tu eri colei che mi ha capito ?

Diciamo "colei", se è l'uomo che parla e si riferisce alla donna, "colui" se è la donna che parla e si riferisce all'uomo. Quindi, se quello è il testo della lettera, va bene "colui". Ma poiché è lui che dice "Torna indietro", sembra che sia il discorso di lui a continuare.

Hello Olcay, thanks for this translation. Some suggestions:
In the first line you should use twice the same verbal tens: ha lasciato – se n’è andata (passato prossimo)
The passato remoto is less used in the standard Italian, mostly in reference to very old (remote) actions.
So, also in the 12th line you can better use the form “ho detto” (instead of “dissi”).
The whole sentence can be rephrased like this: Le ho detto: per favore, promettimi che non cambierai mai.
In Italian possessive adjectives are used as less as possible, personal pronouns are preferred:
Dio è il mio testimone > Dio mi è testimone
Tocca la mia pelle > Toccami la pelle
tenere la tua mano > tenerti la mano
You can simplify some phrases to make them sound better, without changing their meaning:
qualunque cosa tu dica > qualunque cosa dici
Solo tu eri colui che mi ha capito > Solo tu mi hai capito
(and so there’s no problem about the use of the masculine/feminine pronoun)
Quindi tutto andrà bene > Allora tutto andrà bene
“Allora” means “then” (in a temporal sense); “quindi” means “so” (consequential preposition)
piuttosto perfetto > proprio perfetto
“Piuttosto” means “rather”, at a medium degree; “proprio” means completely, really perfect.
rilassato > tranquillo (in Italian “rilassato” means just physically – not mentally – relaxed)
Se una volta posso sentire la tua voce > Se non sento la tua voce almeno una volta (sounds better)

you get the meaning: But I can’t breathe if I can hear your voice at least once
I don’t understand Turkish (alas!) so I’m not so sure, but basing on the English translation I guess the right translation could be:
Non riesco a respirare, però
una volta ho sentito la tua voce.
Non posso lasciarti,
non riesco a trovare la strada, però
una volta ti ho tenuto la mano.
Do you think it’s the right sense?

I will analyze it, pero in senso di "ma", non quando......and it is in present written in turkish, not past, so the words ho tenuto e ho sentito non sono giusto considering the time. I will give you the sense in english, so you can write in italian: I cannot breathe ....but if only I could hear your voice one time ( expresses his longing for her), I would not let you go. The first part and the 2nd part are not connected in sense with each other. E lo stesso con" non riesco a trovare la strada, però
una volta ti ho tenuto la mano" 1st sense " trovare la strada" e 2nd pero se posso tenerti mano ( tua mano). E un po, un salti sconsiderate. How can we write it to convey the sense, I hope I could explain it. It is like saying 1.part" I live in a bubble" 2.part" if only I could see the real life", un salti sconsiderate.

se potessi sentire la tua voce almeno una volta
non ti lascerei andar via.
Just notice:
Non ti lascerei = I would not leave you
Non ti lascerei andar via = I would not let you go (away)
The second part is fine: “se potessi tenere” sounds great!
“ma” and “però” are synonims, both correspond perfectly to “but”. The only difference is that “però” expresses an opposition a bit stronger, just a shade. So you can also say "Non riesco a respirare, ma" - It's the same.

I have chosen the exact translation from the turkish- "uzaklaşamam "- it is in italian " non posso allontanarmi da te".
This is the exact translation, it is chosen very well by the song writer, because it is not possessive like " Non ti lascerei = I would not leave you

Just pay attention to a detail. In Italian conditional and subjunctive are strictly interrelated.
io posso (indicative = reality)
(se) io potessi (subjunctive = hypothesis)
io potrei (conditional = if the hypothesis is real)
So:
se potessi sentire la tua voce almeno una volta
non potrei allontanarmi da te
Or, said in a simpler way:
se sentissi la tua voce almeno una volta
non mi allontanerei da te
