That's low grade English pop with French word. The French is nothing but pompous gibberish.

Je crois qu'il y a quelques fautes d'ortographe :
moite -> moitié
nous et la man -> nous et la manne (?) (= beaucoup d'argent ?)
cotes -> côtés
parait -> paraît
Je suis d'accord avec Natur Provence que les paroles sont très obscures, mais je vais tout de même esayer de les traduire en allemand (d'une autre manière que celle dont on s'est sert en faisant les traductions anglaises).

Tut mir leid, Joutsenpoika, eine wörtliche Übersetzung ins Deutsche ergibt keinen Sinn, ich vermute aber, dass auch der französische Text sinnlos ist (oder gespickt mit Bildern, zu deren Entschlüsselung man einen Romanisten brauchte).
