Tracking and swaying are ways to move in a dance. "No proud of being a shaker, work it out on the floor" basically means if you're serious about dancing, you shouldn't just stand there and shake your hips, you should really move about, drop to the floor etc.

Could you please be more specific about what kind of ways to move in a dance are tracking and swaying? I mean is there another word for tracking and swaying in this case?

Tracking and swaying are the moves in a hip-hop dance. You can watch any hip-hop tutorial where they are shown, explained and taught. If you find a tutorial in the language you are going to translate into you'll learn the names of those moves in that very language.

As for a shaker - that's a person who "shakes you up" to do something, gets you to do something, often against your will. He means he doesn't feel proud if he has to drag you out onto the dance floor. you should come out and dance. :)

And what find your pocket means in this case? Does it have a literal meaning or another meaning?

Find your pocket means Find your rhythm, it comes from the slang of bass guitarists. :)

And what about catch some air? Does it also have another meaning or is it meant literally?

To me, "catching air" has to do with jumping as high as you can--so that you could reach out and grab the air.

No, "catch some air" means "take a rest", "pause for a while". In context, it means "I won't stop bugging you until you've shown what you got".
