The actual line that he is singing though is "Is when he's on a trump" as in a trump card (referring back to gambler in the first line of the verse).

A few notes:
1. The video on youtube is in 240p, I wouldn't base my decision on that, lol. The Spotify is ok (No Hi-Fi though).
2. A little bit of context, Anthony the singer and lead, is french so, in a lot of his songs when there is a "TH" he pronounce it like a "Z", so the lyrics "Kids of the woods" sounds like "Kids of zza wuuds".
2.1. To me it sounds like "Dazed by the moon", "chased" would need a harder sound, but it's up to you.
2.2 The same as 2, the lyric "They need to drown out all the voices" sounds like "Zei nid tu nut to draun auT, Ol za voices"
2.3 The same thing with the TH for Z "They are gods! They are lightning" sound like "Zey ar gods, zey are lightnings" Which makes it similar to the word "Say"
