More like it wants to fly and nothing can stop it
Стремится - another Russian word for рваться
I guess, I should change the title to украинско-международный вариант - Hella:

Подымать - ну говорим так, убейте нас за это ;)
Ноги к полу приросли - literally, feet rooted in the floor, so he cannot move, idiomatic, of course
Развернуться - ну это же элементарно, можно просто U-turn сделать, ну а здесь крылья разворачиваются/раскрываются, ну или облака, как крылья
I honestly don’t recall this Hella character clearly also, my best guess - it’s the master, I just don’t imagine any one else talk to Margarita like this :)
The global meaning - hymn to laziness :)
Look, I would not dare to translate this. It’s not БС, but too specific Russian in my opinion ;)
By the way, some info about the name Hella
Цитат:Имя для персонажа Булгаков почерпнул из статьи «Чародейство» Энциклопедического словаря Брокгауза и Эфрона, где отмечалось, что на острове Лесбос этим именем называли безвременно погибших девушек, после смерти ставших вампирами.

сердце рвется в облака - missed this one to explain; рвётся здесь not being torn apart, gosh, I don’t even know how to explain this... the heart is going into clouds, and clouds are often associated with heaven
