Italy in pop music is something else, not just commercial melody - Pausini-Ramazzotti- Zucchero-Il Volo- Al Bano etc ...
It is or was also the ability to innovate and experiment, originality in writing and arrangements. Authenticity. real emotion.
And this is what I look for. Also expressed in other languages different from my own.
The interest in classical and contemporary Neapolitan song - NO neomelodici - is derived from my native family, which are in Campania although not in Naples. So I know that is dificult for me mostly transcription. I do not use daily written Neapolitan, infact.
But I'm glad to be helpful and solve the requests of others, even if not always according with my musical tastes.
Where I'm going, I don't know...It would be so nice to enjoy the voyage, but it is not so easy.

E' questo quello cerco. Anche espresso in altre lingue, diverse dalla mia.
L'interesse per la canzone napoletana classica e contemporanea - NO NEOMELODICI - deriva dalle radici della mia famiglia d'origine,che sono in Campania anche se non a Napoli. Per cui conosco e capisco la lingua napoletana, sicuramente meglio della media degli italiani provenienti da altre regioni, anche se non sono in grado di parlarla correntemente. E neanche di trascriverla in maniera perfetta.Ci provo, per me, e per accontentare le eventuali richieste.
