Indeed, it is the doubled entry with only slightly different punctuation and with added dedication. I haven't noticed that the lyrics were already posted, my fault, though not without a reason.
As for Vysotsky we have a great chaos. There are lots of songs and some titles are transcribed and some not. I bet there may be much more doubled lyrics because of that reason.
We need to transcribe all titles, but that's the job for Russian editors and moderators. In fact I never transcribed the Russian titles, 'cause I could have trusted only GT and I don't want to do something that I don't know how to do correctly.

I said that already. What I meant were the other Vysotsky's songs where it's needed to transcribe the titles and check if there are other any doubles still left.
Here it should be merged with the other entry, though I would prefer to have it then this way - with dedication "Н.С. Хрущёву", so perhaps it would be better to copy the whole lyrics from here and post them there and only later merge my translation with the existing entry.
