Hi Wolfgang.
I've been scratching my head hard to get the idea behind the "I drop it down, I pick it up, I back it out the county line"'. Same goes for the similar "I drop it low, I back it up,..."
Makes no sense whatsoever to me. I have no idea what this "it" stands for, if it stands for anything.
Apparently nobody on LyricsGenius and suchlike cared to explain the idea, and so far, among the languages I can more or less read, your translation is the only one that looks like you understood what they say.
Given the rest of the lyrics I'd be surprised to discover powerful words of wisdom, but I just must scratch that itch :D
Care to enlighten me?

I did that too, but with very limited success.
Some of these can be used as the kind of convoluted sexual images Americans seem so fond of, but not all of them.
Especially this "back whatever out the county line".
Our UD friend tells us:
1) [...] a phrase referring to the practice of using children or vulnerable adults to traffic drugs into rural areas
2) the place everyone in a dry county (typically in the bible belt)has too go to buy booze, usually results in purchase of massive amounts of liquor at once, and often in drunken driving on the return voyage
3) Line of the cigarette that [lies] above the butt.
4) The thin ridge of flesh between your ballsac and your asshole
5) The place in the center of a book where the pages meet
What the heck any of this could have to do with this strong female characters story, I still wonder.

Hmm, I'm not really sure about those two lines. And I don't want to post some "guesslation". You should really put your question into the forum. I've searched some hours to find anything fitting. No one explains those lines and none of the translations I've seen seem to be right. Ah, and those lyrics might be wrong, it's probably "off", not "out".

Ah, Wolfgang, diese Zeile ist doppeldeutig - vielleicht 'nen Fußtext wert?:
Even though you know we fly
Auch wenn du weißt, dass wir heiß sind
fly - fliegen
to be fly - toll, cool, abgefahren sein
Und über county oder was auch immer, da streiten wir uns noch drum - und von der Bedeutung sind wir noch meilenweit entfernt.

Sorry Flopsi, da ich leider auch keine Patentlösung haben, wollte ich erstmal abwarten, bis der Staub des Kampfgetümmels sich legt; andernfalls hätte ich mich schon längst eigeschaltet.
Nadia hat ja inzwischen eine neue Zeilenversion editiert: candy statt county; ich habe versucht, meine Übersetzung anzupassen, bin aber selbst auch von der neuen Version nicht überzeugt.
Die hier von dir angesprochene Zeile lautet leider nicht "Even though you know we are fly"; ich belasse es daher einstweilen beim "fliegen", auch wenn's komisch klingt.
@silenced hat zu Recht festgestellt, dass hier ein Muttersprachler gefragt ist; vielleicht könnte @magicmulder helfen, der in beiden Sprachen ein native ist...

Ah, ich habe inzwischen alle Kommentare gelesen und muss sagen, dass Kommentar Nr. 53 von MichaelNa mir noch am Besten gefallen hat. Ist für mich am besten nachzuvollziehen.
Der Editierung von Nadia kann ich überhaupt nichts abgewinnen - ihr Kommentar dazu wurde völlig ignoriert und dass sie den Text einfach editiert hat, wurde anscheinend stillschweigend hingenommen.
Gerne kannst du das "fliegen" lassen, ist m.E. trotzdem doppeldeutig.
