Περίληψη μεταφραστή
Kjo kenge i kushtohet Heroit te Popullit, komisarit Memo Meto
Lindi në Kuç të Kurveleshit 1911. Përqafoi idetë komuniste dhe u hodh në veprimtari revolucionare. Anëtar i PKSH me themelimin e saj.
Një nga organizatorët e luftës së popullit të Kurveleshit kundër pushtimit fashist në këtë krahinë, u shqua veçanërisht si propagandist i zjarrtë i ideve të Partisë, për demaskimin e organizatës së Ballit Kombëtar dhe krerëve të saj në krahinën e Kurveleshit.
Dha ndihmesë të madhe për krijimin e çetave partizane «Hajredin Tremishti», «Avni Rustemi» e «Toto Bolena» (1942). Mori pjesë në luftën e Gjormit.
U vra pabesisht nga tradhtarët në Kuç të Kurveleshit, më 2.4.1944.
Memo Meto ishte vjershëtar i tipit të rapsodit popullor. Në veprën e tij ndihet edhe ndikimi i letërsisë së Rilindjes Kombëtare, sidomos i Andon Z. Çajupit. Në vjershat bëri thirrje për të rrëmbyer armët kundër pushtuesve fashistë e tradhtarëve nga feudo-borgjezia dhe sipas rastit i goditi me satirë.
U këndoi me theks epik idealeve komuniste e dëshmorëve.
Këngët e tij u bënë popullore e u kënduan me meloditë labe.
Krijimtaria është përmbledhur në vëllimin Lulet e rinisë (T. 1976).
