Moreover a variant of this song already exists here. It's called Lyubo (Любо). Even the video seems the same.

Why should I? It has differing lyrics, closer to the ones in the folk song this is based on, and several translations attached.

I'm rather wondering whether I should change the text completely to the original folk song text, or whether this version there actually exists in the form it is written there, and under which name.

This song has so many variants, that finding exactly the same as the other text will be problematic. But the beginning of that song points to a variant related to Caucasus war instead of Turkish war in this variant.

The video there might have been added much later by someone else, it says nothing about the accuracy of those lyrics in regard to a different version.

Hardly, I was just pointing out the facts and asking for help to clarify this.
Since the text of the other version can be found on several websites and contains paragraphs neither here nor on Wikipedia, I assume it's legit and leave it as it is until more information comes up. I'll remove the video from it, though.
