Amy's Cryhouse

You are lonely and alone
I invite you to Amy's Cryhouse
Come to Amy! Drink with Amy
Sleep with Amy! Have fun with Amy
You are free to be anyone by Amy
Because you are free to cry by Amy

Amy's Cryhouse, down there at the street
There is Mladen, half German, half Croatian
He survived but is littered with scars
Speaks hardly any word, only actions matter to him
He is proud, proud of his gangster bride
Proud of his son, he exercises him to be a gangster
Teaches him everything: cars, women, guns
But his son likes dancing and Simon of grade eight
The boy becomes grown-up. Daddy has a hard time
When the guys stay the night and so he sends him to the Army
But he bunks, moves to Cologne into the hip part of town
And rents a flat in the Chrostopher Street
And Daddy cries even after eight bottles of laughing gas
Scorns his son, breaks ties completely
He took his comfort in Amy's Cryhouse
Hung by the rope but Amy has untied him

Come to Amy! Drink with Amy
Sleep with Amy! Have fun with Amy
You are free to be anyone by Amy
Because you are free to cry by Amy

Thomas, in the middle of his thirties, lives in a pigsty
He thinks a computer runs his houshold
The whole worls is twittering and chatting
But his hero has to kill the evil to save the worls
His girlfriend a a poster on the wall
His best friend is a pink elephant
Thomas is scared, loses his temper easily
Bowling in the Columbine and in Erfurt
He loses himself in endless wides
But his model railway leaps off the rails
He took his comfort in Amy's Cryhouse
Hung by the rope but Amy has untied him

Come to Amy! Drink with Amy
Sleep with Amy! Have fun with Amy
You are free to be anyone by Amy
Because you are free to cry by Amy
You are lonely and alone
I invite you to Amy's Cryhouse

Du hast Recht, tut mir Leid, hab's verbessert
