Samoan? Highly doubt it. Sounds like an Eastern Asian language to me, but can't pinpoint which one...

You can make out a few Japanese-like words (kokoro, wasure...) but that's definetly not Japanese.

Which makes sense because in the show that's basically what the characters are, and they live in a city called Neo-Venezia
