The ὢ could potentially be ᾧ "because of which; therefore", referring to something cut out of this song.
As for the title, it doesn't seem to be an Ancient Greek word. It could be a clipping of ἀμιχθαλόεσσα "inhospitable", with possible intended meaning "briny, sea-like" or "salty". It could also be a bad OCR of αὐδήεσσα/αὐλήεσσα "using human speech" or "famous".
