á -> à
montrer vos doigts -> pointer
á relever, et á baisser -> nous relever et nous baisser
faisons le Twist -> "faire le twist"' just doesn't work. "danse le twist" is the simplest equivalent I can think of.
secouer vos mains -> agiter les mains ("secouer" would be what you do to shake something off your hands, like water or a bit of sticky paper)
Shaky shaky! -> I bet it's about the hands, so rather "secouez-les" or something.
Pointy, pointy, pointy! -> same thing for the fingers
doing the Twist really fast -> "danse le twist à toute vitesse" or something.
At any rate, you'd want to use "vite" (the adverb) instead of "rapide" (the adjective). "rapidement" would sound odd here.
