Çaresiz Şiir (Persian translation)

Çaresiz Şiir

Yanlış zamanda ve
Yanlış yerde doğan bizler için
Kaçıp kurtulacak bir yer yok
Dünya denen bu çöplüğe mahkumuz
Çaresizlik içinde kurtuluşu bekliyoruz
Sonumuzu bekliyoruz
Çaresizliğin dibinde yok olup gideceğiz
Belki malzemeden çalınarak yapılan bir binanın altında ezileceğiz
Belki tecavüze uğrayarak bir ormana fırlatılacak cansız bedenimiz
Yardım için yalvarırken evimizin yanışını izleyeceğiz
Belki yardım beklerken alevler içinde eriyecek etlerimiz

Thank you Regular smile
I wish I could write things that make people happy while reading. But the inspiration for me to write poetry always comes in times of disaster.

You welcome. I understand there has been a wildfire in Turkey, forcing many people to abandon their homes.

Don't worry about making people happy. Just being you is more than enough for many in LT. "And frost leaves my heart, my mind ... being you, having you here, brings the spring"1

  • 1. By Margot Bickel, German theologist and poet. My English translation is based on the Persian translation by Ahmad Shamlou, Persian poet.

Yes, unfortunately, my beautiful country is going through very difficult times. They turned our heaven into hell. And the hard part is that no one can do anything...
And I don't care about people. Regular smile

I understand Turkish gov is taking some measures to help people affected in the short term. Hopefully it helps to mitigate the physical difficulties. May there be a heaven inside everyone's soul, as some people say, "The kingdom of God is within you".

>>And I don't care about people. Regular smile
I don't believe you. You are too much caring person to say this. Regular smile

Actually the government is doing nothing and trying to stop people asking for help. I hope this nightmare ends as soon as possible and everything goes back to the way it was.

I'm not a religious person, but I agree with what you said. Heaven is within us. And as Mevlana said:
''All despair is followed by hope
All darkness is followed by sunshine''

I can say that I try not to care. Regular smile
