Nena (Band) - Nena and her drummer Rolf Brendel had been a couple in the 1980s.

Culture Club - Boy George and Jon Moss had been also a couple in the 1980s. Gosh those drummers are sexy.

If I think about it, there are much more: ABBA, Plastic Ono Band, Sonny & Cher, Ike & Tina Turner, Fleetwood Mac...

I don't think so, but they were in a relationship for sure (and it wasn't a secret). When they broke up, they remained friends and continued playing together in other musical 'projects'.
